24-HOUR CLEANING GUARANTEE

If for any reason you aren't happy with our professional  services, contact The Bay's Maids. We will come back and clean the specific area that did not meet your expectations. Please, notify us within 24 hours of your initial cleaning when possible

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not overbook our schedule unlike other businesses. So, if you need to reschedule  without proper notice, we will not have enough opportunity to fill the schedule with another client. This decreases the staff's pay. Without consistent wages, we cannot retain the best staff for you. Thus, respecting our procedures helps to ensure you will receive the best services possible. 48 hours notice will be required to cancel an appointment unless, you are able to reschedule within 48 hours of your original  appointment time. Without 48 hours notice you will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 70% of your normal hourly rate multiplied by the amount of time set aside for your appointment per scheduled service provider.  

MONTHLY MINIMUMS 

Due to the high demand of our services we require each client to schedule a minimum of 4 hours in services with us each month. These may be concierge, handyman or cleaning services. If you do not fulfill these minimum hourly requirements a monthly cleaning, totaling 4 hours, will be scheduled and billed to your account.

Collections Process 

*Once a balance is 60 days past due it is considered outstanding and will be placed with our COLLECTIONS FIRM.

*Once placed, the client will be responsible for all fees and charges associated with the collections effort.

 *Once placed, there will be no re-negotiation of terms or balance with The Bay’s Maids.

*All communications should be directed to the COLLECTIONS FIRM handling your debt, not The Bay’s Maids.
